Fun at the Field Museum - October 22

...the biggest American T-rex, or so I remember. SUE is her name. YIKES!
We found a wall of fossils in the Kid's Club - I plan on spending a lot more time in this place!
What is that?

A really big GORILLA!

and a z...z...z...zebra! I really liked him, as you can tell from my emphatic pointing!

Dad & I got an overview of the elephants and Sue, the T-rex. What a beautiful building. I especially liked the lights... :)

The entrance to Soldier Field is right across the street from the Field Museum.

My trip to Atlanta - October 13-17, 2009

I had so much visiting everyone in Atlanta. I got to hang out with Lindy & Wyc, Annie, Uncle Robert, HANK, and so of my pals.
...trying to keep up with the big kids at Sumner's! Thanks for having us!
Perpetually happy with cracker in hand - oh, and a black eye! I am sooo tough.
Andy Madden showed me some love with a BIG HUG!
Having fun with Uncle Robert

Uh oh! Too young for that yet
Playing with Hank.
More fun with pals at Trenton, Jon, and Sam's house. I love his race car truck!

Jack, Charles, me, and Sam. I can't believe we all sat still long enough for a pic!

See all the Atlantans again at Thanksgiving!! Gobble, gobble!

Look who's been visiting!

Wyc and Lindy came at the end of September - we had lots of fun!
Then PamPam and Annie surprised my mom for her BIG birthday! FUN!

We watched the Georgia game... I with my cool UGA track suit to cheer them on.

Then I went to sleep and Mom, Dad, PamPam and Annie went to dinner. YUM.
The last day we went on the Chicago Architectural River Cruise. I learned a lot and loved being on the water.

Then, to our surprise, Katie G., Katie R., and Kris showed up at our door on October 10 - for Mom's BIG birthday.
We also had lots of fun touring around Evanston, watching the UGA game, etc.
Thanks for visiting - I hope to have many more!

My new room in Evanston

I love my new room - I spend a lot of time in there, mainly at my bookshelf which is oh-so-accessible. I especially like taking everything out of one cubby, and then moving on to the next. I also like cruising from bookshelf to dresser, to my little wooden chair to my crib, and back again. Hours of fun!!!

My time in Evanston so far.

One of the first things I did upon arrival in Evanston was to take a look at Lake Michigan - it's HUGE and beautiful!

Now that I only feed myself food, I spend a lot of time in my highchair - I can only move so fast with two teeth! Good thing I like it...

Yum... apple!
The Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings is a hit with all of us - I especially liked the accordion player.
Ahhh... my bed! Glad to be out of my Pac n' play that was my home for about a month.
I can watch Baby Einstein anywhere!

Chillin' on the floor - my domain.

Hanging out with Dad before bed.

Evanston has so many great parks! I love to swing and go down the slide (with Mom of course - hard to capture that!).

Some beauty shots...

Kristine Alexander took some great photos of me before we headed up to Illinois - she captured the full glory of me at 8 months!! :)
